Gas Station

Hydrocarbon Containment Station:

This is an application specific to areas involving fuel and oil spills

The site drainage utilizes trench drains flowing to a “vented” collection structure equipped with a SNOUT to prevent spills from entering the municipal system. The interior wash/work bays are drained by small SNOUT equipped structures that are isolated with a normally closed valve that connects to the “vented” collection structure. The valve when open will allow the water collected within the building to be decanted into the municipal system, and in the closed position will prevent the gases from the outdoor collection system from entering the building.
